Question: Do I have to purchase a container lot?
Answer: No, we consolidate partial containers and share them amongst our customers.


Question: Do I have to pay in advance for the shipment or is a letter of credit required?
Answer: We do not require a letter of credit except in the case of a company that has a less than desirable credit rating based upon a D&B report. We allow open accounts with liberal payment terms.


Question: What is the policy for samples and, what is the lead-time to receive them?
Answer: Upon receipt of an order, we provide no-charge samples shipped via airfreight at our cost. In the event that the samples are not accepted, we will replace those samples at no charge. The general lead-time for samples is three (3) to four (4) weeks.


Question: What is the lead-time for production parts?
Answer: The lead-time for most production parts is about eight (8) to ten (10) weeks after sample approval.


Question: What happens if the parts are not acceptable?
Answer: We are responsible for the quality. We have our own engineers and quality assurance people in the US and Asia. In the unlikely event that the parts are not acceptable, we will replace them as quickly as possible at our expense.
